Information we process
When you contact us, we process your name, email, optional Telegram contact and message. Technical request data, including IP address, may be processed for security and spam prevention. The form can also include the page address, referring page and campaign parameters.
Why we use it
We use your details to answer your request and, where applicable, prepare an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) or our legitimate interest in responding to other enquiries and securing the site (Article 6(1)(f)).
Service providers and storage
Hosting and email providers process data as needed to operate the site and deliver messages. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area; information about applicable safeguards can be requested from us or the provider. We retain correspondence for the time needed to handle it and, where applicable, for contractual, legal or claims purposes.
